Federal executive authorities, regional executive authorities, organisations connected to the Interdepartmental Electronic Document Management System (IEDM) and organisations subordinate to the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation connected to the Electronic Document Management Information System (EDMIS) of the Ministry have the opportunity to track the status of documents sent to the Ministry via these systems. This can be done via the registration card of the document created in these systems.

Please note that documents on paper from organisations subordinate to the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation that are to be submitted electronically via EDMIS (Electronic Document Management Information System of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation) in accordance with the Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation No. 654 of 12 July 2022 are not accepted.
