International conference "Energy of the XXI century"

Open conference solemn events timed to the 60th anniversary of ISEM SB RAS. On the session of the Academic Council with a scientific report "60 years of systemic research in energetics "will speak the Director of the Institute, Corresponding Member of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor, Honored Scientist of the Russian Federation Valery Stennikov.

Conference participants will discuss the eastern vector of Russia's energy strategy, problems and prospects for a global energy unification, ways to create smart energy systems, as well as promising technologies: resource-saving energy and renewable energy sources, problems improving the quality of electricity.

Within the conference the 5th Northeast Asian Energy Forum will be held. It will accept participation of leading representatives of government bodies, business organizations and science of Russia, China, Republic of Korea, Japan and Mongolia. Forum will be held online in open mode.

Format itself conferences - mixed: offline and online in a single time, which is selected as conventionally average between the standard time of Irkutsk, the European part of Russia, European Union, East Russia and North-East Asia. Moderators sessions will be delivered by conference participants who are in Irkutsk. Deadline for admission articles for publication - until September 1, 2020.
